2019 Eclipse Cross SE-AWD Wheels

Hi,
I own a 2019 Eclispe Cross SE with stock 18'' Wheels. In the user they specify that 16'' alloy wheels may not fit because of the electric parking brake.

Do we know if we can install a set of 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander 16'' wheels on the SE model and keep enough clearance?
