Auxiliary lightning, where to?

So I've got four really small, really bright LED lights. They are definitely small enough to mount inside that narrow rectangular slot below the front grill and above the intercooler. I might only mount three. No I'm not worried about airflow, plus I'm in Vermont so it's just not hot generally.

But, that's all plastic. Can I drill that, I mean I know I can but is that not common? I'd have to make at least one hole per bracket. Plus you have to assume in a few years the lights will break

Any non-destructive ways? Loctite 0 second adhesive lol.
Just shooting ideas before I even bring them near the car and make a mess.
