Hey all.

Few days ago my bluetooth stopped working.
The car does willnot show on my phones bluetooth search, and doesnt have "Unit Name" and "Unit Address" in the pairing page.
In addition to that, when I connect my android phone, the andriod auto opens in my phone, displays an error on the screen, exits on phone and repeats until i plug out my phone. It worked before.

I will add some photos for you.

You will see for some reason the BTmoudle doesn't show it's connected.
and I have many error codes, 2013 mainly and 1061. could not find anything about them on the internet.

Try disconnecting the battery negative cable..... Then reconnect.

It might work, but you look like you need a repair for your SDA

As of this morning I am having this same issue.
I have had no issue for the last 11 months, then today. It has just decided to stop working.

What phones do you guys have? Do you know the version of Android and/or if you recently updated the system?

I have a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra.
My operating system was last updated on the 31st of December 2020. So not a recent update.

Hmmm, the traditional way to fix Bluetooth pairing errors is to find the device under the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone and remove it. Restart your phone and go through the pairing process again. You could also see if, when you put the head unit into pairing mode, a different phone can find it.

Thank you.
I did try unpairing are re-adding, but like MazDan, now my phone can't find the Mitsubishi motors.
I will try tomorrow with my old phone and see if I have any luck there.

Did you put the car in pairing mode?

Ah well, at least you will have it sorted and working the way it should. What was the fault in the head unit, did the dealer say what they had found wrong..

If AmberBamber diag screen was the same as the picture above, then its simply an internal error. Even though the screen is showing the SDA connections with other components, they are all actually inside the one unit, and a NG (no good) response means an internal failure, which is not a dealer repair, so an exchange unit is fitted.
