Someone posted a photo of this custom rendering for the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and I think it looks pretty cool. From what I can see, the hood looks like it belongs to an Evo (by looking at the scoops and vents), some Work wheels, black roof, and smoked corner lights.

What do you think of the rendering??

I like a lot of whats going on here, but at nice as it is to speculate and dream of what might happen, this might not.
Even on a Ralliart version the odds of styling getting this aggressive is slim and Ralliart is likely the most sporty it'll get. One can always dream though.

The bonnet looks too cluttered for my taste with the center air intake and the raised ridges. Not a fan of the black in the center either, but the blacked out wheels are nice and matches the red paint.

I don't see cluttered at all to be honest and if you look at all of the Ralliarts and Evos out there, everyone loves it haha.

But I agree, probably won't happen BUT if someone in the aftermarket sees this and sees potential, we can expect to see parts elsewhere than Mitsubishi.

Too much for me as well. I rather they keep it traditional and go with something like what we're used to seeing. Even their STI concept had the same thing going on. This is it:

The STI concept was built up just enough that it looked realistic and like a daily driver just with the added aggression that you would want.

Some nice wheels, a little bit wider, and some flares and I'll be happy. I would like a Ralliart style hood though, that would be the cherry on top.
