Dual usb port for stock smartphone link system

Anyone know where I could get a replacement dual usb ports with the cable that connects to the factory system? I have been searching for weeks and I am unable to find anything. I have an es model but bought the system out of the se and sel model. I replaced the microphone and that works and I don't care about the touchpad but I cannot find the usb ports. Any help would be appreciated.

The phone didn't even show it was charging and I tried like 5 or 6 cables. Some were factory cables that I know work for data for sure.

Ok ....that means the cable isn't connected properly at back of unit... I am going to take some pic of modifications I had to do to cable... possibility yours not seated deep enough or there's a bend pin .... did you try an usb flashdrive and see if its detected?

Ok obviously the cable not connected at rear of radio properly... even if its not proper data cable it would atleast charge phone... please show a pic of usb cable connector at rear of radio...the smartphone is the usb port closer to the hdmi

Entry point was tapered for easy entrance as there's 2 side grounds pin apart from the 4, as long as u didn't have to force it in....

What did u have to do to the mic? What did u replace it with? Mine is not working.
