Could it be 5220K592 ?

I'm not sure if the left/right indicates when in the vehicle or looking at it from the front. The pictures for the left and right hand parts are the same.

Just for future reference, is LH the driver's side in the US? (sitting in the car) or is it US passenger side (Standing in front of the vehicle)?
It's something that has always bugged me too. I went to the Russian site and looked at the panel layout in the Body Repair section. The parts are just marked as fender and no left or right. Perusing the list I was able to find the reference for the fuel filler lid which is the same for all models and it lists as Fuel Filler Lid (Left Side). I think the PHEV model will have the charge port on the right rear like the Outlander PHEV. Other panels which are left side only are similarly marked. So sitting in the drivers seat (regardless of country) looking forward, LH is left and RH is right.

LH is driver side on ours.

I would safely assume LH is for the LHD (Left Hand Drive) countries like the US etc. and the RH is for the Right Hand Drive ones.

No this is just noting which parts are LH side and which are RH side when looking to replace those which occur on both sides of the car like the sound dampening @betha_b1 mentions in this thread. Position is taken from the drivers seat looking forward as the correct orientation NOT from the front looking back toward the car.
