FCM problem

Hi there,I just buy a Cross2 but FCM doesent appear to work....push the button,select distance by far and when I get clise to the car in front of me nothing happend.Its posibile to have only the button but not the FCM sistem??And one more thing,where I could find the sounds adjustements,like bass,treble etc?I was spining arround on the menu but I didnt find nothing.Thx in advance

if you are just close behind a car it will do nothing, if that car stops or slows quickly then it will work.

FCM stands for Forward Collision Mitigation, and it means it will automatically brake or help you brake to minimise the damage to occupants in the event of a collision.

If when you push the buttons, and can adjust the distance, then you have the system, and not just a button.

Aha,so works different like adaptive cruise control......and one more thing,this model of Eclipse doesent have adjustments for sound??Like treble,bass.....setup equolizer,something like that

No, it works nothing like adaptive cruise control. ACC will keep you at a set distance from the car in front and if you have set the ACC speed higher it will accellerate when the road is clear.

It's probably there, but it will depend on your model and sound system. I have the Rockford-Fosgate package and i found it deep withing the settings menu on the touch screen.
