Ground Effects

Has anyone purchased the ground effects kit for the EC? It comes with either silver or the red accenting. I’m contemplating them but have the mud flaps and was wondering if they will fit with the flaps? Also wondering about how they attach to the car? Bolts and 3m or what? Any info would be super helpful! I have a 2022
