I've got a 2018. Couple of days ago I started it back up to find my infotainment screen had stopped functioning. It appears to be cycling through some kind of safe mode. The 'buttons' around the outside of the screen will illuminate along with a dark screen for a while, then it all shuts off for a few seconds and repeats. Couple of things to note, the usb ports down by the cig lighter also do not function now. When the unit 'shuts off' for those few seconds the auto up/down on the driver's window also stops functioning. I have checked all fuses in both panels.
Any help on what to try next would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like your IOD (ignition off draw) fuse is not pushed in all the way. This is in your fuse box and is surrounded by yellow plastic. Push it in and see if it moves.

If it is in already, then it is likely you have a loose connector somwhere

IOD is good, checked it with the rest of the fuses. Is there any particular connection prone to working loose or going bad? Been driving with no issues since December. Tia!

My display suddenly went off today, and no sound from radio, as above just getting symbols light up around the edge of screen and then go off (rear view camera is ok), anyone got any ideas ?

Try disconnecting the battery. This will force a soft reboot, which may work.

Sound like the SDA is faulty though (smartphone display audio)
