Key fob reprograming

So I'm hoping someone can help me, or point me in the right direction here. I replaced the battery in one of my key fobs, and now I can't use it to unlock or lock the doors. I don't have the push button start, it's the old school type of key. Car alarm Motor vehicle Data transfer cable Automotive lighting Gadget

I have a different keyfob on my 2019 SEL with keyless entry....replaced the battery on one of the remote with no issues.

Have you tried reinstalling the batteries? A couple times? It has worked before for me . Not on this car but others .
