Since purchasing my (first) Mitsubishi I tend to be on the lookout for them on the road and on the TV, especially adverts.
Over here in the UK, Mitsubishi are fairly prominent sponsors of Rugby Union, they sponsor a number of teams and have large ads up at the grounds but as far as TV advertising goes, virtually none.
Even more surprising (I think!) is WHAT they are NOT advertising when they do. Their most prominent advertising that I've seen is as sponsors to a series on Channel 4, Secrets of The Valley of the Kings. Here, they appear at the start of the ad break and the end advertising the Mitsubishi L200 and occasionally the ASX but NEVER the Eclipse.
Seems very strange as the Eclipse is their newest model and is supposed to appeal to a wider audience.
Anyone got any insights into Mitsubishi's advertising rational?
