Our NZ December VRX 2021 is only reaching 40ks on charge sometimes less it was reaching 55 plus in the beginning we have completed 2,500 ks only has anyone else experienced low charge?

I am assuming you are using the 1Ø 10A home charger & you have set the car to be able to reach 100%
(remember commercial 3Ø chargers reach only 80% battery charge)

On a full overnight charge, the display might show a higher reading. This normalizes within a short drive of ~3 kms.
On a hybrid mode I get ~ 70 kms
On EV mode (fixed via mode selection) ~ 52 kms.

You should also remember that ambiant temperatures can effect the range of your vehicle, i.e., the colder the temperature, the less charge the battery will take.
