Hello dear Mitsubishi owners,

My father has recently bought an Eclipse Cross and was excited to try all the features of the car. He wanted to try the additional phone book feature (the car phonebook that is separate from the telephone's directory). We read in the user manual that it is activated with the Speech button and then you have to say "Phonebook" but unfortunately nothing happened. The car told us that the command is unrecognized. I have activated the display options settings and Phonebook was not amongst one of them.

Do you have any idea why this feature is missing? Is it an extra feature that is activated/purchased or something else?

Thank you for your support.

Do any of the voice commands work? Does your father's phone pair with the car? I found the whole voice interface from Mitsubishi to be a bit clunky and use Android Auto.
