Thanks for the info, yeah I don't live to far away have seen your EC around (st agnes), my dealings with north east have been good with my partner's lancer. But thanks for the info I'll be sure to keep it in mind when we go for the next service.You must be close to me, I also bought my exceed from North East, that's despite my vowing never to deal with them again.
I had an outlander with 22000k that went into limp mode. Drove it down to them and was told it would have to be left overnight. Got a few buses home to TTG, the next day they said it was all good to go. On the buses again and was told the Outlander was out the back. After starting it, I quickly realised the fault was still there and it was still in limp mode. I said nothing and drove the the nearest Auto Elect who changed a fuse. Phoned Nth East and they apologised and that was it, no reason for not even checking the vehicle under warranty!
I posted a google review and after 12 months the owner of Nth East phoned me asking for the review to be edited or removed. I did remove it and ended up getting a very good deal on my Exceed.
Why am I telling you this? Just don't trust them and make sure your service is what you are paying for.
