Navi maps update

Anybody tried to update the maps yet? I've tried in my new PHEV to no avail. For some reason, my system will not auto-update from my USB stick. The stick has been formatted and ther are no other data on stick other than the new map details.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What is your firmware version❓

The only numbers I have are as follows: M20 Production build 3273417, Software Europe Version 3365.10703 of 12/2020.

New version is 3365 of 06/2021

Does this give you enough to go on because I'm not all that computer literat (69 years young)

I have a 2022 Eclipse Cross PHEV
However completely different version numbers here down under in New Zealand...
