I know I keep on about this, but why no new members since September 2019.
Did a quick check on new members saying hello, and none have since September.
I know I had great difficulty in getting the registration system to work and eventually gave up but got assistance from a person covering the terms of business privacy section. Otherwise I would still be trying to register.
Have the Administration Department ever checked if the system of registration actually works, because it did not work for me.
This being a world wide Forum, surely there should be far more members joining than actually are.
Just a thought, and hopefully someone can check it out.

The other issue I found at the time of trying to join was that the "Contact Us System" which also failed to work, as I tried many many times to raise the problem I was having trying to join this Forum, using that method, but did not get a single reply. Like it or not, there is a problem with the site, which is definitely having an adverse effect on the ability to grow the membership, and just hope someone in the Admin side of things can acknowledge these problems, and advise us that they are in fact there, and prepared to see if anything can be done to fix these perceived issues.

Here in the UK there are more and more Eclipse Cross cars appearing on our roads. Yes they are still a small percentage of the overall picture, but as there is no UK Forum as such, I would have expected far more people beginning to register than there are at present.
So come on someone, let us know what is happening, if anything, which I'm sure would help expand the membership from all quarters of the world where Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross are now operating.

People in the US are slowly starting to come back around to the Mitsubishi..some still think a of the Eclipse as that dirty 2 seater. I know where I bought my car the dealer has a hard time keeping the Eclipse Cross in stock! I myself am currently thinking about trading my Limited Edition for another one with the touring a mage...just for all the added toys! Salesman is currently looking for a white one for me..and will be changing my LE rims for the on on the Touring Package when it finally arrives!

It's similar to Outlander Sport/ASX/RVR forums- There aren't any dedicated standalone OS forums, they always wrap them into the regular Outlander forums. Even those forums are really really dead. I own a OS but not a EC but I hang out here to gauge how people are enjoying the EC's and any issues. I also own a Mirage and that forum is super super busy. Literally 50+ new posts per day. Not with problems but with modifications. The Mirage is so inexpensive that people have the resources to do a lot of modification. I also think that the lack of posts is a testament to the overall lack of problems that owners have across the Mitsubishi model range.

Here in the UK we did have an ASX Forum but it was hardly used and I gave up using it.
I enjoyed my ASX£ very much. It had a 1.6 diesel and 6 speed manual gearbox I only changed it as diesel is under the microscope here so did go to the dealer to buy a later version of the ASX but the Petrol version had a 5 speed manual gearbox which I was not so keen on but was offered a good deal on the Eclipse Cross and I'm very happy with it.
Here is a photo of my ASX, which I had for 2years 7months.
Some photos with a heavy fall of snow.

Still finding it hard to believe that nobody from the UK has registered to join this Forum for many months. I believe the Registration system is not working properly, and people are experiencing the same problem as I did, which is detailed above.
Do the Administrators have a method of checking this function, as I am convinced there is a fault that is not allowing new members to join. USA and Canadian registrations use a different method to that of the of the UK, and new members form those countries seem to able to join at regular intervals.
Is it not worth somebody in the Administration Department spending some time in checking the Registration function out.
Or am I just flogging a dead horse here.

Telferstr, you might want to drop a private message to EclipseAdmin to see if there is indeed an issue with U.K. registration methods. The members I've seen lately are from the U.S., Canada, Australia and a few from eastern Europe. Maybe there's an EU privacy law causing havoc.

I would point out that forum memberships in general are way down in favor of social sites like Facebook or Reddit. I moderate one of the once most popular forums for phones (androidforums.com) and where we used to be fighting a never ending queue of questions, hacks and mods for Android phones, it's been a veritable ghost town lately. As Zarbs so eloquently stated "all people do is read and leave without contributing".

Hi Lunatic59,
Many thanks for your interest in this subject, and as you suggested I used your LINK to contact the Admin people in the hope they will be able to check out the Registration System operating from the UK.
I have explained the difficulties I experienced in trying to join the Forum, and hopefully they can act on that information.
Thanks again for your kind interest.

Not that I'm the authority on the subject, but I waited a model year before buying to see if the car was going to be okay enough to purchase. Was always told not to buy the first year of any model by my dad. Then it's best to buy around the end if the year in the US at least. I got an amazing price after weeks of negotiations. I imagine more people will pop up as the car becomes more prevalent. That said I only know of one other one in my city of 200,000 people. (I'm sure there are more but I haven't seen them out).

I'm also on a forum for Toyota MR2 spyder which are no longer made and the members seems to be holding even though those are rare cars as well. I'm excited to be a member of this forum!
