Noisy sunroof

Hello everyone! I bought a MEC three months ago and right at the beginning the sunroof began to present a noise when it opened, especially on roads with holes. With the trepidation he became more perceptible. The Mitsubishi dealership said it would be the bolts, which were loose. They made adjustments and the noise disappeared. However, the noise returned, to a lesser extent. Would anyone explain?
