Mmmmm not sure about the Moz I'll have read up of the handbook, as there is something in the back of my mind about that.

On checking my handbook Moz I have not come across a control switch for the Parking Sensors, so it looks as if there is something amiss.
However if you had experienced a heavy overnight frost which covered the Sensors, this could cause them to stop working until the frost cleared.
Will keep red through and see if any other information transpires.

I'm not talking about the RCTA-Rear Cross Traffic Alert system, but on the back up camera where you see the red line, at what point would I hear a beep/warning that I am too close to bumping something as I have not heard anything since?

That's what I was looking for, sure I had read something about that. I will need to go through the book again and see what section it is in, Certainly not in the section I was reading yesterday. Thanks very much for the information DDDJ..

Just seen a video sensors may not be working due to moisture in the sensors said to spray with WD40 to drive out the moisture and protect will give it a go when stops raining .( also thanks for the heads up DDDJ about the switch )

The switch has an orange coloured glow light which is on when the switch is in the operating position.
The P switch No.15 is in the second row, beneath the switch row Nos.9(for the Head Up Display) to 12, as shown on page1-03 in the handbook. Details of its operation can be found on page 6-106.
You may have nudged the switch without knowing and turned the warning sound off accidently Moz. Hopefully that is all it is. I'm assuming your handbook will have the same page numbers. I know, it is dangerous to assume;).

I am having the same problem but I can't find any sensors to spray wd40. I'm actually sitting at a mitsubishi dealer now and they tell me my eclipse is not equipped with rear parking sensors. It's beeped since day one and stopped last week. I am so at a loss.
