Hi Tony, Sorry have not required to do that as yet, but sure someone on here has and will be able to assist.
Zarb in Australia I'm sure will be able to help, Being the "FONT" of all knowledge re Eclipse Cross.

Most of the replacement blades you see are the complete blade and frame assembly. You'd think the whole world was American or something.

If you want to just replace the rubber blade, it's pretty easy, but take the frame off the arm when you do it.

While not an Eclipse Cross wiper blade frame, this is pretty much the same thing. It's simply two spring steel splines that hold the wiper at the edges.
