USB Connection error has occurred

Hi all

I had my eclipse cross valeted and after I collected it, I keep having this error message come up, then it switches itself off and then on again (not the car the console), and then the same error message, and so it continues…

I do not have anything plugged into the USB ports.

What could have happened in the time I dropped my car off to the time I collected it and how can I fix this please?

I would guess the valet plugged something into the USB port and knocked something loose. If you plug an iPod, phone or USB stick into the socket, is it recognized and does it play? Can you wiggle the empty USB port and make the error pop up? It could something got jammed into the plug or a wire is loose.
