Hi can anyone help
I’ve recently had my car serviced and one of the safety checks was tyre inspection. They noticed that there was uneven wear on the two front tyres, namely on the outside of each.
My main dealership does not do tyre replacement so I went and had a couple fitted today but they couldn’t do wheel alignment as Mitsubishi had not released the data for my vehicle a Eclipse Cross 4.
i tried a couple of other places and got the same result.
I went to a modern 4 wheel drive specialist and got the same result.
Neither of my main dealerships in the UK can help as wheel alignment is not one of their services.
I’m now at a loss what to do as I don’t want to drive too far without getting the wheel alignment sorted.
Does anyone have any idea where I can get the necessary settings for a 2018 Eclipse Cross 4.
Many Thanks

That's the weirdest thing I've ever heard. I'm sorry I can't help, but just wanted to say sorry that is happening. Wonder if that's a thing in the US too?

Hi NedP
Yes, contact Mitsubishi direct by e-mail explaining the problem, and you will find they will reply within 24hrs with the information required.
I received a very quick reply from them earlier this year on a different matter, so hopefully you will find the same.
The e-mail address is:- Contact Us | Mitsubishi Motors
Or Telephone No. 01285 647774.
Hope that helps. I am assuming you are in the UK.

No I'm in the United States. I am not having the same problem I was just wondering (out loud) if it was a problem by country or vehicle. Good luck.

Hi Bertha,
Yes I know you are in the USA, but my reply was to NedP who I think is in the UK.
Hope you are keeping safe and well and that things are improving with fewer cases of Covid-19 happening.
